The best times to choose the harp for an Indian event are for the legal (civil) ceremony or, the arrival of guests at your reception venue.
For the legal ceremony you can choose a mix of music, Western and Indian for example, to accompany the key moments required: Guest assembly, Entrance of the bride, Signing the register and Exit of the Bride & Groom
And for your reception: Usually guests will receive drinks and canapés as they arrive and mingle before filtering through to the large function suite to enjoy a sit-down meal.
This way, I can sit in an entrance foyer and use my amplifier to enhance the harp’s delicate sound and play for around 200 - 300 guests as they arrive in smaller groups
